Are the different locations franchised?
No, Delta Sonic is a family owned company based in Buffalo, NY. Remaining a family owned business allows us to maintain the great service and quality we’ve become famous for. We have no plans to franchise.

If the weather is bad on the last day of my 5-day guarantee, can I have my guarantee extended?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the weather so we will still wash your car for you. We do offer a 6-10 day guarantee
that allows you to receive a super kiss for half price for the six to ten days after the original car wash purchase.

Do I have to use my 5-day guarantee at the same location that I bought it from?
No, you can take your guarantee to any of our locations.

What's the difference between a Deluxe and Super Kiss?
While both washes offer a great TLC (Touch-Less Car Wash), the washes differ in their products and guarantees.
Only the Super Kiss includes our Clearcoat Protectant, Underspray and Rust Inhibitor. The Super Kiss also allows you to return in 5 days for another free wash, while the Deluxe comes with a 24-hour guarantee.

When will my rain check expire?

Where does your gasoline come from?
Delta Sonic’s gasoline is supplied primarily from refiners based in the United States who utilize crude oil from Canadian and North Sea sources.
