Our top-tier Detail Shop employees undergo 100 hours of combined classroom and hands-on training in vehicle reconditioning and paint correction. Their hard work is rewarded with competitive pay rates and the opportunity to move into management.
Each of our Oil Change Techs is AOCA-certified. This nationally recognized distinction indicates that each certified technician has undergone a rigorous hands-on training process and passed a 100-question test administered the AOCA Technician’s Academy of Dallas. Employee conducting repair work are also certified by NAPA in brake system theory, safety protocols, suspension and alignment, and heating and cooling.
Many Delta Sonic locations now offer Dunkin', Tim Hortons, Subway, and The Brick Oven Kitchen. All Food Service and Convenience Store managers routinely attend ServSafe training seminars to be educated on proper safety protocols and food handling procedures.
Each of our managers receives up to six months of on-location training. They learn about customer service, safety, first aid, training and coaching, leadership principles, and hiring practices from seasoned professionals with years of field experience. We are dedicated to constantly improving this program to ensure that our managers are the best in the industry!
