Delta Tech - Entry Level

As a front line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Delta Techs are responsible for power-washing vehicles prior to entering the Car Wash, drying vehicles exiting the Car Wash, and thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Delta Techs will also have the ability to be trained to perform specialty services. One of the most important responsibilities for Delta Techs is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality. Delta Techs can enjoy working in the Car Wash and/or Detail Shop, depending on the location's staffing needs. Pay is very competitive with incentives based on performance and the ability to earn tips when performing certain job functions.

Car Wash Sales Advisor

As a front line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Wash Sales Advisors are responsible for greeting all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner while educating them on the large variety of Car Wash and Detail Shop services that we offer. These professional services have been expertly crafted to greatly improve our customer's vehicle appearance and enjoyment. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency while meeting customer service expectations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, transacting customer purchases, maintaining proper cash handling procedures, and following all position-specific procedures. Car Wash Sales Advisors will begin their training in the position of Delta Tech to enhance their product knowledge. Individuals in this position can enjoy working in the Car Wash and/or Detail Shop, depending on the location's staffing needs. Car Wash Sales Advisors can earn on average from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour based on sales incentives while learning valuable lifetime skills.

Featured Job - Operations Specialist

Operations Specialists are responsible for power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash, drying vehicles exiting the car wash, thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components, and mastering all interior services including shampooing, waxing, etc. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Operations Specialists will also have the ability to be trained to perform other specialty services. One of the most important responsibilities for Operations Specialists is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality. Operations Specialists can enjoy working in the car wash and detail shop, full-time, Monday – Friday. Pay is very competitive with wages up to $20/hour. This position requires Monday – Friday availability, with the option to work weekends should business needs require. Individuals in this position are eligible to receive benefits such as health insurance, vision, dental, life insurance, and 401K.

Convenience Store Cashier

As a front line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Convenience Store Cashiers are responsible for directly interacting with our customers while providing them with fast and friendly service. This is not an ordinary cashier position; it is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires multi-tasking and an outgoing and friendly personality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, transacting customer purchases with accuracy, adhering to state and/or federal tobacco and alcohol sales laws, maintaining the cleanliness of store premises, handling inventory, and replenishing store stock. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Convenience Store Cashiers will begin their training in the position of Delta Tech to enhance their product knowledge. Individuals in this position can enjoy working in our state-of-the-art convenience stores. Pay is very competitive with bonus incentives based on performance.

Store Hospitality Associate

As a front line representative of Delta Sonic, the Store Hospitality Associate is responsible for ensuring that every customer receives a personalized, fast, and friendly service experience. Store Hospitality Associates not only prepare food and beverages, but also transact customer purchases, pair customers with car wash packages, and oversee fuel operations on-site. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, adhering to safety regulations and established build guides, following state and/or federal age-restricted sales laws, replenishing and stocking inventory, maintaining and cleaning food prep and storage areas, processing customer purchases, cleaning the store facilities, and following proper cash handling procedures.

Oil Change Technician

As a front line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Oil Change Techs are responsible for performing oil change services, 20-point maintenance checks and minor light duty automotive repairs. Select Oil Change Techs will also be trained to perform other specialty services, as well as greeting customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner while ensuring that each customer is educated on the products and services that we offer. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. One of the most important responsibilities of the Oil Change Tech position is achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards of quality. Individuals in this position can enjoy working in our state-of-the-art automotive service shops.

Automotive Service Advisor

As a front line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Automotive Service Advisors are responsible for greeting all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner while ensuring that each customer is educated on our products and services. Qualified candidates must have the ability to listen actively and interact professionally with customers while providing service recommendations based on maintenance schedules and service requirements. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency while meeting customer service expectations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, transacting customer purchases, maintaining proper cash handling procedures, following all position-specific procedures, and ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of shop premises. To better enhance product knowledge, all Automotive Service Advisors are crossed trained to work in the position of Oil Change Tech. Individuals in this position can enjoy working in our state-of-the-art automotive service shops.

Automotive Mechanic

As a front line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Automotive Mechanics are primarily responsible for performing minor light duty automotive repairs such as brakes, tires, suspension components, sensors etc. Automotive Mechanics will also be trained to perform oil change services, 20-point maintenance checks, as well as greeting customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner while ensuring that each customer is educated on the products and services that we offer. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. One of the most important responsibilities of the Automotive Mechanic position is achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards of quality. Individuals in this position can enjoy working in our state-of-the-art automotive service shops.
