Unlimited Terms and Conditions

• Valid for one vehicle and one wash per day. Sticker must be affixed to car window to be valid. Tampered with stickers not accepted.
• Unlimited benefits are valid only on the vehicle enrolled in the plan
• Automatically charged to your credit or debit card on the first of every month. The first month will be prorated.
• Introductory offers are not available to former Unlimited Members.
• If you received an introductory rate, the price is guaranteed a minimum of 3 months. Any price change will be communicated on the bottom of your receipt 30 days in advance and on the Super Lane screen.
• TO ENSURE VALUE TO ALL UNLIMITED CUSTOMERS, DELTA SONIC MAY CONTINUE THE INTRODUCTORY RATE OR APPLY OTHER DISCOUNTS OFF THE RETAIL RATE FOR LOWER THAN AVERAGE USERS. DISCOUNTS ARE ONLY VALID ON THE VEHICLE ENROLLED IN THE PLAN.
• You can enhance your Super Kiss Plan to the Super Kiss Plus, or your Basic Interior Plan to the Super Interior, by seeing any car wash cashier or by calling 1-800-THE-KISS.
• You may change or cancel any plan after the first full month charge by calling 1-800-THE KISS (843-5477) or here before the 25th of the month.
• Canceling does not entitle you to full or partial refunds or credits but your pass will be valid for the remainder of the current paid month.
• To update a credit card on file see a car wash cashier or call 1-800-THE-KISS (843-5477).
• To change vehicles see a car wash cashier.
• Commercial vehicles include taxis, limos, Uber drivers, etc.
• Customers with little or no usage in a given month are not entitled to refunds or credits.
• If a plan is used during a month and a charge goes unpaid, the customer is responsible for the full months payment.
• Unlimited plans may not be transferred to temporary or rental vehicles.
• Only 1 plan transfer is allowed per 6 month period.
• Delta Sonic retains the right to discontinue any customer’s participation in the Unlimited Plan for any reason. The terms and conditions of this agreement, including monthly rate are subject to change. If the wash closes due to extreme weather, Unlimited Members are not eligible for refunds or credits.
